We use your data exclusively to process your order and improve our service:

• Creating your custom 3D figurine kit
• Shipping and order tracking
• Account management and communication
• Customer support

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not use advertising tracking. We may use the AI-generated figurine renderings for marketing purposes (see Section 4) — your original photos and personal data are never published as part of this.

4. Marketing Use of Generated Figurines

We may use the AI-generated figurine models and renderings for marketing and promotional purposes — for example in posts, reels, stories, and videos on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, in paid advertising, and through third parties acting on our behalf (e.g. influencers or agencies). Only the generated renderings are published; your original photos and personal data are never published as part of this. Details are set out in our Terms of Service.

5. AI Processing

PaintableMoments uses AI technology to create a 3D figurine model from your photo. Your photos are processed solely for this purpose and are not used for training AI models.

Your data is stored securely in the EU. We implement the following measures:

• Passwordless login via one-time code (OTP)
• Secure cookie-based sessions
• Regular security updates
